My Week In Review Using Gifs ~ June 18, 2018 1

Follow my blog with Bloglovin Welcome to “My Week in Review Using Gifs!” This is a revival of a weekly Sunday post where I comically discuss the TMI ups and downs of my week using gifs.   So, if you are wanting to laugh and to be entertained, this short but sweet post is for you!!

Side note: I recommend you view this post on my website instead of WordPress Reader or on your email as you may not be able to see the gifs.

Monday

Monday started off with much promise.  I had a great night’s sleep, and I just knew it was going to be a great day!

I wasn’t too hungry, so I just ate a light breakfast.

I did some light housework. Everyone pitched in to help.

Then it was time for Monday therapy. We had such a productive session.  I even confided to my therapist exactly how I was feeling.

Afterward, I went home to refresh myself.

I was so exhausted by the afternoon, but I still had one more appointment left that day.  I needed to see my eye doctor because my eyes just kept rolling around in my head.

I told her the eye-rolling only happened when I was around my husband.  She said the only cure was more makeup shopping, so I now own Sephora.

When we were done with my eye doctor, Daniel and I stopped at McDonald’s.  The service was surprisingly quick.  We just grabbed our food and ran.

I ended the day feeling happy, positive, and accomplished.

Well, maybe I didn’t feel that great, but I counted my blessings, expressed my gratitude, and went to bed.  A good night’s sleep was just what I needed.

Tuesday

I woke up fairly tired and with feelings of depression left, but I wasn’t going to let myself give in to it.

Not today, Satan, not today.

My friend Lorraine came over and helped me pack for my trip to Tennessee. She wanted to clean my apartment too, but I told her I had already cleaned!

Daniel asked me to pack my makeup, medication, and clothes for the trip, and it seemed like a lot.

Wednesday

We woke up early, anxious to get on the road at a decent hour. The drive to Tennessee went by so fast. Must have only been minor traffic because we were flying.  We had to make a brief stop, and my dad mentioned something about bond, but then we were on our way again.

Once we arrived at our destination in Tennessee, we relaxed, and then I made a delicious, healthy, vegetarian dinner for them. They all told me it was delicious, but I wasn’t sure they meant it.

Thursday we mostly just went out to eat and spent time with each other.

I also painted my toenails.  They are so pretty now.

I worked tirelessly on getting a feature of my blog to behave, but my computer hates me.

On top of all that, I have a double ear infection.  Daniel took really good care of me and laid his healing hands on me.

Friday

We went to a special convention of about 3,000 people.  I saw some of my old friends there, and I made some new friends.

It was a long day, and, as soon as I got home, I took IT off.

Saturday

As of Saturday, June 23rd, my mom has been asleep in death for 5 months.  The day’s mood was overall sad.

That’s all I have to say about that.

On a positive note, I think I’ve fixed the computer problems I was having earlier in the week.

Yeah.  That should just about do it.

Thanks for laughing along with me.  Enjoy your weekend.

Check back next Sunday for my newest week in review.
